MP Biomedicals LLC, manufacturer of the leading sample preparation system, FastPrep-24 has announced the availability of a new cryogenic lysis adapter, TeenCoolPrep. The adapter is designed for cryogenic lysis of medium to large scale RNA preparation from difficult to lyse samples. The adapter is the first cryogenic grinding, homogenization and lysis adapter to be used specifically for standard 15ml tubes. The TeenCoolPrep adapter is ideally suited for small scale RNA, siRNA, labile proteins and metabolites production.
